Payments

All payments must be made in Australian Dollars via approved methods. Full payment is required prior to access to course materials or service delivery. onairzonix.com accepts major credit cards and bank transfers.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the service has not commenced. No refunds will be issued after course access or setup has begun. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 7 days before scheduled delivery may qualify for a full refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 50% fee.
